5 out of 5 starsThe only disappointment was that only the crown emblem was in the quilt. It looks like the whole bag was used in the picture. A waste of good material. Maybe have customers only send front of bag . They could use the scrapes of the rest in other projects.

2 out of 5 starsI’m sick that I spent $500 on a thin blanket. I thought it was going to be a quilt and that it was going to be “custom”. I didn’t know it was even started or finished until Fedex dropped it off. Now I’m stuck with a quilt that I don’t like and I’m out $500. I also had to mention that I sent extra CR bags, and they are supposed to be returned. 😞 This was also a gift that I won’t be giving now. Just disappointed.

I apologized to Amy for not returning her bags with the quilt. We had them labelled and in a sack with her name on it and failed to include them. They are being shipped via FedEx. Also, FedEx should have sent her notifications when the quilt was shipped. I apologize if they failed to do so. Finally, I'm not sure if Amy was expecting something more like a comforter, but most quilts use a thin cotton/poly batting which is what I used in her quilt. I am sorry she is not happy and hope that she will go ahead and give it as a gift as I have made many Crown Royal quilts and have many happy customers.

Since this is a custom ordered item, it takes four to six weeks to complete, which is mentioned in the product description. Paula and I communicated about this and she has received the quilt.
